Delivery
We deliver to a range of destinations! You can find the most up-to-date list on our Delivery Page.
For international orders, any local duties or taxes will be calculated at checkout, so there are no surprises.
Yes, we offer UK next working day and Saturday delivery options! For international orders, please check our Delivery Page for more details on available shipping options and delivery times.
We work with a range of trusted couriers depending on your delivery address. For a full list and further information, check out our Delivery Page.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Please note that orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day. You can find more delivery details and cut-off times here.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can monitor its progress.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. While we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we can’t be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

No need to worry! We sometimes ship orders in multiple parcels if items are coming from different locations. You’ll only be charged once for postage, of course.

For UK orders, tracking should update within 24 hours of dispatch, though occasional courier issues may cause a slight delay. If you haven’t received any updates within 5 working days, please email our customer service team at millie@angelandrocket.com, and we’ll look into it for you.
For international orders with standard shipping, tracking should update within 3 working days. If there are no further updates and you haven’t received your order within 10 working days, please get in touch with our customer care team and we’ll do our best to assist you!

Returns
We hope your order is perfect, but if for any reason something isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. For full details on how to send your item back, visit our Returns Page.
Absolutely! Sale and full-price items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as they’re in their original condition with the swing ticket attached. Exclusions apply. For more details on returns, check out our Returns Page.
To return an item, you’ll need either the delivery postcode or the email address used when placing your order.
Yes! Items purchased in-store should be returned to one of our standalone stores.
Yes, there is a small charge to cover the cost of returns, including shipping fees. You can find full details on returns and fees here. We appreciate your understanding and are always here to help if you have any questions!
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges online. If you need a different size or colour, simply return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Prefer to return in-store? Our standalone stores will be happy to help with a refund, exchange, or replacement. (Just a heads-up - our Swindon Outlet Store doesn’t stock the current season collection.)

We aim to process refunds within 5-10 days of your return arriving at our warehouse, and you’ll get an email as soon as it’s been processed. If it’s been over 10 days and you haven’t heard from us, please email millie@angelandrocket.com with your Order Number and Proof of Postage, and we’ll look into it for you.
You’ll get an email from us as soon as your refund has been issued. Once processed, it should take no longer than 14 days to reach you.

Order Issues
We work quickly to get your order dispatched, so unfortunately, we can’t change, add, or remove items once it’s been placed.

Placing a Order
Creating an account is quick and easy! Just sign up here by entering your name, email address, and password. Once you’ve confirmed your email, you’re in!
Yes! All information transmitted is secured using official internet protocols to keep your data safe. We don’t store credit or debit card details - these are securely processed through our trusted payment provider.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Clearpay. Your payment will only be debited from your card at the time of dispatch.
Angel & Rocket is the perfect place to find a special gift! We’re currently working on sourcing beautiful packaging so we can offer a gift-wrapping service soon. Sign up on our website, and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s available!
You don’t need an account to shop with us - you can checkout as a guest if you’d prefer. That said, having an account makes things easier. You can track your order, view past purchases, and check out faster next time. But if you’d rather not, that’s completely fine too!
You can find your order number in your order confirmation email. It’s in the subject line and at the top of the email body - a 6-digit number starting with #.

Clearpay is a payment service that allows you to split your purchase into 4 installments, making it easier to pay over time. You can choose the payment plan that works best for you.
Simply shop on angelandrocket.com and proceed to checkout as usual. At checkout, select Clearpay as your payment method. You’ll then be directed to the Clearpay website to sign up and enter your payment details. Once that’s done, complete your order!
Clearpay is currently only available to customers in the USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
Yes, you can use a promotional code when paying with Clearpay! Simply apply your code at the checkout, and Clearpay will process your payment as usual.

Yes! You can purchase an e-gift card ranging from £10 to £100 - perfect for birthdays, Christmas, or just because.
Gift cards are delivered by email and include instructions to redeem at checkout. There are no additional processing fees. You can purchase them here.
If an item is out of stock, we may restock it, but we don’t have an exact timeline. If you’d like to be notified when it's back, sign up for restock notifications on the product page.
